Why I Built Accelebot: Solving the Problem of Google Task Overload

In today’s digital world, many of us rely on a suite of Google tools to help manage our day-to-day lives: Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Keep and more. Great tools, but the time and focus it takes just to switch between them all repeatedly can be extremely annoying.

These little, repetitive actions just bugged me. Scheduling meetings, managing emails, adding new contacts — these were simple tasks that were nibbling away at my productivity. I needed a way to automate these workflows and reduce the cognitive load of managing them.

That’s why I built Accelebot.
